Here is some beginnings of development from the silhouette stage. I'm definitely leaning towards the two bottom sets. I really like the idea of the hat and scarf. I think the over sized scarf adds a cute and vulnerable quality to the character.
I think the next stage will be to try out different styles of hat to see if I will keep this simple style or go for something more complex.
